Got this book as I saw it listed in one of the magazines I take monthly. After getting it I discovered there is way too much information for the home gardener with six or so tomato plants. This is for the botanist who would understand all the scientific phrases, abreviations, etc., that are in this book.

NOT METRIC so difficult to use, May 29, 2014

The major problem is the author is not using metric units ( why can’t they use metric units at least in brackets even in the USA all scientific people use it by now..in the book.they still throw around with lbs and old fashioned acres……..its makes the whole reading very heavy (even with a conversion table). Its a shame as otherwise it would have been good.
